I am concerned about this mindset. Food is morally neutral, bread is not bad, eating something you want to eat is not "cheating." Balance is key and I am worried about the amount of stress you are putting yourself through. I reeeeeeally recommend watching @Abbey Sharp on youtube.

you are doing great sweetie ;-), its so hard to go low carb, keep on trying you will get there, also is soooooo hard detox from carbs but at the end is worth it! if I did it anyone can, I limited my self to 25 gr carbs, sometimes I cheat to ~35. xoxo

You're doing so well!!! Yes, you didn't stick to 100% healthy but you still ate more healthy than you were 3 weeks ago! 3 weeks really isn't very long to change habits. Please ease up on yourself. You didn't "cheat". You didn't eat "bad" food. Changing your lifestyle is hard and I totally get what you are aiming for but labelling foods "good" and "bad" just leads to more guilt...you don't need that negativity in your life ❤ Maybe try reframing it as "right now I'm choosing not to eat that". I wonder whether removing the 60days time frame might help too...it feels very crash diet when you put a time frame on...it's a lifestyle change. I say this all with love. I spent many years with the same mindset and I'm still unlearning diet culture speech ❤

If you’re working out you’re actually strongest on your period ! You should see if you enjoy lifting weights. Cardio sucks and it’s not fun. Lifting weights is a huge stress reliever for some and who doesn’t wanna be strong physically AND mentally 🙏🏼 the gym has been really good for my mental health too!

This is what is wrong with diet culture. The shame you feel for eating food is heartbreaking. If you watch this channel, know it's not normal to shame yourself or allow others to shame you for what you eat. You can absolutely eat a healthy lifestyle, but don't be toxic to yourself over eating a burger. Love.

Girl, if you workout everyday, or even every other day, then you can eat that stuff. You don’t have to deny yourself like that. :( Do a 30 minute high interval workout multiple times a week and eat!! Live!!

Girl it's gonna be tough, it's a long process to have a balanced healthy lifestyle and get used to it and i hope you keep going and fighting for it and keep in mind that in order to lose weight you have to take less calories than usual, a cheat day with 3 cheat meals that are highly caloric is like a wasted week.. love xoxo

I recently went vegetarian after watching “What the health”. I have had severe inflammation, mast cell activation, chronic pain for 10 years. This is the best I’ve ever felt. I get to eat a ton of food, it’s delicious (I get hello fresh to help myself out, then use the recipe cards to remake the meals). I lost weight, I feel stronger, healthier and still get to eat yummy food. Limiting yourself or saying “I shouldn’t eat this, can’t eat this” puts your brain into a negative or lack mindset and then ends up giving into those cravings anyway or feeling bad because you can’t have something. Meat, dairy and eggs are the highest leading cause of cancer

Traveling is totally an ok time to enjoy yourself! Don't feel bad at all! I think of it as would I ever go to Italy and count calories?! Absolutely not 😂 that'd be an amazing trip for me and I'm gunna enjoy every part of it! Also alcohol will def set weight loss back tons! Try not to drink your calories, drinks add up just like the random bites here and there :)

I think it’s also mental awareness.. in the sense of don’t think about it Constantly… if you associate everything you consume with your diet even if it’s just a bottle of water, you’ll become so consumed that you’ll just stress constantly about losing weight.

No my love do this....eat your supper in the morning for brunch then eat a small portion of fruit salad for supper for dinner...trust me it works...when you cheat it's normal but then the next day you run and do excersises hard to remove the items you cheated with n water...I have faith in you...💜💜💜 Just reverse your food supper for the morning...then small fruit potions for supper...it helped me.
